- Yes
- you're probably going to be wasted and remembering my first time drinking... i threw up my bodyweight times 2. lol. have funnn :o)
- Yes, and probably make you sick as well as ruin your next day too.
- It depends on your tolerance. If you normally can drink that amount of liquor, then it shouldn't be a problem. As with any liquor though, if you buy the cheap stuff, you will pay for it afterwards. I suggest drink plenty of water to prevent a hangover.
- OMG yes it will make you sick. Not to mention the burn on your throat. Are you talking about chugging it? I would not recommend it. If you are drinking as a social sip then I guess it would be fine as long as you are over 21...The cheap stuff is nasty no matter what you mix it in. Tequila is an acquired taste and the older and more expensive the better. I don't recommend Jose Cuervo (or however it's spelled) there is a tequila with a cork lid and is in a colored bottle (the clear ones are bad and do not preserve it properly). Tequila should not be exposed to light for best taste.
- Drinks can cause different effects on everyone (no matter what brand- liquor is the hardest). Since this will be your first drink , I think it will get you drunk easily . As far as feeling sick ? not in my opinion , you will have that effect the next day , which will probably be a head ache. But, catching the buzz of feeling good , you wont even think about hating it until the next day. Be safe. Don't drink and drive (that's unsafe). But , tequila is best with some slices lemon on the side . Be careful , always drink responsibly .
- A half of a coffee cup is probably like 3 or 4 shots. If your use to drinking, it may not get you drunk unless you drink it all at once. If you are not use to drinking hard alcohol then you most likely will get drunk. As far as getting sick thats hard to say. I have seen people drink way too much and NOT get sick and I have seen others only have one and get sick all night. That really depends on how your body will react to it. And if you have eaten food or not. So eat something that will absorb it (like bread) and drink it slow and you will most likely be ok.
- Yes both sick and drunk , try something a little lighter like wine
- You'll be fine if you don't drink it all at once, as in taking shot after shot. Maybe throw in some margarita mix. Either way, it's gonna get you drunk. Just drink it more slowly, and it won't get you sick. And yes, drink a lot of water afterwards because tequila hangovers are not fun the next day.
- If it's a standard coffee cup you're looking at downing about 5 ounces which ain't too bad. If you are not experienced with tequila I would suggest going at it slow. You'll probably have a nice buzz if you suck it down in less than an hour.
- Most likely. It Depends on 1.How fast you drink it. Tequila is very potent and for someone who's never drank before I'd say take your time.2.Your weight.Girls tend to get drunker easier than guys and skinnier people usually get drunker faster than bigger folk.3 How much you've eaten before. Eating lots of bread and meat make absorb alcohol and make the drunk occur alot slower...So in conclusion, everything in moderation. If you do want to get WASTED, take shots as fast as you can and dont eat before you drink. But if you want to get tipsy take your time and don't drink TOO much.
- Drunk then sick. Enjoy!
- Tequila is just like any other hard liquor - moderation is key. It sounds like you have not had much experience drinking tequila, which is good - because you have no horror stories. Here's a must - stick to the good stuff. When you drink bad tequila, bad things happen. AVOID JOSE CUERVO. That stuff is the McDonalds of tequila. Cuervo only has one type that I would recommend, and that's the Jose Cuervo La Familia Reserve, which is amazing, and it should be for $100 a bottle. Here are the brands that I recommend: Don Julio, Tres Generaciones, Herradura, Corzo, Cabo Wabo or Patron. Any of those are considered top shelf without being overly expensive. One more tidbit: Tequila is a cordial....which means that it's meant to be sipped, not shot or guzzled. I like to enjoy a great cigar with my tequila. I normally pour a double shot on the rocks with Rose's Lime Juice and just sip it that way. Rose's is actually a "Key Lime" flavored juice, so it's much sweeter than fresh lime which is way too bitter. In either case, be safe and enjoy. Remember this - most people that don't like tequila have just never enjoyed tequila the right way:) Salud!
- if you drink it all at once, you will be drunk off your as$ in no time. otherwise, you will be fine.
- While Tequila will not automatically make you sick - depending on the type you choose (i.e. 100% de agave and NOT Cuervo Gold or 'Especiale') ... 1/2 a cup is a LOT to drink ... this is serious liquor and one can get tipsy with just a shot. If you want to try some, take it slow and try to limit yourself to 1-2 shots (except drink them slowly and enjoy them) ... remember to drink a lot of water or gatorade the night when you drink alcohol as it will give you better chance to offset the possible effects the next morning.
